Dildo buying guide

Size first. Insertable length and girth matter more than overall length. If this is your first, choose a girth close to two fingers and work up from there. Material second. Silicone is soft, non-porous and easy to sterilise; glass and steel are firm and work with any lubricant; TPE feels lifelike but is porous, so clean it carefully.

A suction cup base gives hands-free play and makes a toy harness compatible. Realistic dildos add veining and a defined head, while thrusting and vibrating models bring a motor into it.

Questions we are asked
Which lubricant should I use?

Water-based lubricant is safe with every material. Avoid silicone lubricant on silicone toys.

How do I clean a dildo?

Wash with warm soapy water or toy cleaner before and after use. Non-porous silicone, glass and steel toys without motors can also be boiled for a few minutes.

Will anyone know what I ordered?

No. Parcels are plain and unbranded, and billing is neutral.

How big is a small dildo?

A small dildo is usually 10 to 13 cm of insertable length and about 3 cm across (roughly 9 to 10 cm in circumference). Medium is 14 to 17 cm long and 3.5 to 4 cm across. Girth matters more than length for comfort, so compare the widest point in centimetres with a toy you already know.
