How we work
We are an online-only store run from Auckland. We do not hold stock in New Zealand. When you order, your parcel is dispatched from our supplier's warehouse overseas and sent by tracked courier. Delivery to New Zealand addresses takes 7–12 working days.
We say this up front because delivery time matters when you are choosing where to buy. If you need something this week, we are not the right store. If you can wait, you get the full range, plain packaging and tracking from dispatch to your door.

- Shipping is NZ$10, and free on orders of NZ$100 or more.
- Plain, unbranded outer packaging, with no reference to what is inside.

What we will and won't tell you
Product details come from the manufacturer's specifications. We do not make medical claims about any product, and we do not publish reviews we cannot trace to a real order.
Returns and your rights
For hygiene reasons, intimate products cannot be returned once opened. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, email us and we will put it right. Your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act are not affected. See the refund policy.
