Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to New Zealand, the United States, and Australia.

Shipping Method and Delivery Time

All orders are sent using Discreet Packaging 4PX Express Shipping.

• New Zealand: estimated 7–12 working days after dispatch.
• United States: estimated 7–15 working days after dispatch. US orders may take longer if held for customs clearance.
• Australia: estimated 7–15 working days after dispatch. Australian orders may take longer if held for customs clearance.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, customs processing, public holidays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

For orders shipped to New Zealand:

• Orders from $0.00 to $99.99: $10.00 shipping
• Orders of $100.00 and above: Free shipping

For orders shipped to the United States:

• Flat rate: $15.00 USD per order

For orders shipped to Australia:

• Orders from $0.00 to $149.99 AUD: $15.00 AUD shipping
• Orders of $150.00 AUD and above: Free shipping

Shipping fees will be shown at checkout in your local currency before you complete your purchase.

US Import Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

Our shipping charge covers delivery only. It does not include US import duties, taxes, or customs brokerage fees.

As of 2025, the United States no longer provides a duty-free “de minimis” exemption for low-value imports. This means US orders may be subject to import duties and/or taxes assessed by U.S. Customs and Border Protection or the delivering carrier.

Where these charges apply, they are the responsibility of the customer and are payable directly to the carrier or customs authority at or before delivery. These fees are set by U.S. authorities and are outside our control.

If a parcel is refused or abandoned because import charges are not paid, we are unable to refund the original shipping fee, and any costs incurred in returning the parcel may be deducted from your refund.

Australia – GST & Import Charges

For orders delivered to Australia, our shipping charge covers delivery only and does not include Australian GST, import duties, or customs charges.

Depending on the value of your order and current Australian import rules, your parcel may be subject to GST and/or import charges collected by the carrier or the Australian Border Force at or before delivery. Where these apply, they are the responsibility of the customer.

If a parcel is refused or abandoned because import charges are not paid, we are unable to refund the original shipping fee, and any costs incurred in returning the parcel may be deducted from your refund.

Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in discreet packaging to protect your privacy, with no reference to the product contents on the outside of the parcel.

Order Processing

Orders are processed as quickly as possible after payment is confirmed. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery will follow the estimated timeframe above.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.
