Use and care

Start on the lowest intensity and keep sessions short. A little water-based lube on the rims helps them seal. Wash the cylinders and cup with warm water and mild soap, and keep the control unit and hoses dry, as no waterproof rating is given.

How to use

Agree a clear stop word before you begin and check in often.
