Use and care

Use water-based lube only; oil-based products can damage TPE. After each use, rinse the sleeve in warm water with mild soap and leave it to air dry. The motor unit has no waterproof rating: wipe it with a damp cloth and keep it out of water.

How to use

Charge fully before first use with the cable supplied. Most pieces have a magnetic or USB port; keep it dry unless the piece is listed as waterproof.
Wash with warm water and mild soap or a toy cleaner before and after every use.
Add a water-based lubricant, begin on the lowest setting and build up slowly. Stop if anything feels uncomfortable.
Recharge when the motor fades. Do not leave it on charge for days at a time.

Care

TPE is porous: wash with warm water and mild soap before and after use and dry completely.
A light dusting of cornflour (never talc) keeps the surface smooth once dry.
Water-based lubricant only. Store on its own, away from heat.
